The Role: As an MDM Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing end‑to‑end Master Data Management solutions as part of a large-scale data transformation initiative in the global insurance sector. You will define data architecture models, develop MDM frameworks, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality, governed master data assets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define conceptual, logical, and physical data models for master data, ensuring scalability and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Design data ingestion pipelines and ETL processes to enable seamless integration between source systems and the MDM hub.
  • Establish data matching and merging rules (survivorship rules), data validation routines, and data quality frameworks.

Your Profile:

  • Strong background in data modelling, master data management, and data architecture principles.
  • Hands‑on experience with Informatica CDQ and related data quality tools.
  • Experience or domain knowledge within the insurance sector.
