Job Description: As a Marketing Intern (Market Research & Operation) in the TCS UK Marketing team you will support the team across market research, marketing operations, and PowerPoint development. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global IT services environment while contributing to strategic projects and campaigns. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate ready for a new challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct secondary research on industry trends, competitors, and target accounts.
- Summarise market insights to support business planning and campaign development.
- Create and maintain visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing use.
- Support marketing operations including budgeting, invoicing, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in reporting and dashboard creation to track campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
- Help maintain a library of marketing assets, case studies, and research summaries.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or any related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with dashboards or reporting tools is a plus.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Interest in B2B Marketing, Market research, and Digital Tools.
