The Role
As a Manufacturing Engineer you are responsible for managing daily SAP reporting and ensure accurate control of BOI and serialized parts across the manufacturing workflow. You must support Quality Clinics by assessing non-conformances and validating FAIR/inspection compliance. You will collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineers for part inspections and maintain detailed records for parts under improvement plans. Your role centers on strong stakeholder engagement, quality expertise, and effective cross-functional coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Daily SAP report and maintenance (parts physically in BOI, parts in a group etc, etc.)
- Book parts out of BOI (using the SAP transaction)
- Attend âQuality Clinicsâ and agree disposition of reported non-conformance.
- Validated parts booked has valid FAIR/Inspection report.
- Where indicated, inspect parts as directed in SAP/ Connect respect Manufacturing engineer for inspection guidance.
- Maintain serialised part record which are under improvement plans.
