Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze feasibility and strategic alignment of proposals for complex products or services
- Ensure all designs meet quality, resilience and technical standards
- Leading design on specific change initiatives through research and collaboration
- Working closely with Product Owners to assess business requirements and draft solutions
- Working alongside engineers to assess solution viability, expanding your technology, knowledge and skills
- Working with enterprise architects to validate your designs, building understanding of group standards and strategic direction
Key Skills / Knowledge:
- A software Engineering design background or Solution Design/Architecture
- Experience in designing and leading design change across complex operational and technology landscapes
- Great interpersonal skills and a good communicator with technical and non-technical people
- Passionate about driving a fantastic design function for the best solution performance
- Expertise in organizational design standards, architecture, and design governance requirements
- Strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them into effective data architectures
- Aligning data solutions with overall business goals
