The Role: As an AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies to transform business processes. This role involves designing and implementing AI workflows, optimizing models, and integrating intelligent systems into enterprise environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance AI solutions that create meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI workflows and models for performance and scalability.
• Build solutions using LangChain for agent-based and RAG systems.
• Optimize and scale AI/ML models for efficiency.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve AI outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Communicate technical insights and findings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on AI/ML advancements and best practices.

Your Profile:

• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with AI concepts such as Vertex AI, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, and Cloud Vision.
• Strong programming skills in Python (and optionally R or Java).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.
• Proven experience in AI/ML projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with LangChain and RAG systems.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques.
• Exposure to multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Understanding of ethical AI principles and responsible AI practices.
