The Role
As a Relex Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into effective technical solutions in RELEX, ensuring that technology investments deliver measurable value and align with the organization’s strategic goals. You must have strong retail supply chain expertise, hands-on RELEX platform experience, and consulting skills to manage stakeholders and deliver successful projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into effective RELEX Category Management solutions.
- Design scalable, secure systems on the RELEX Space & Assortment platform.
- Drive end-to-end implementation lifecycle: discovery, fit-gap analysis, design, build, testing, cutover, and hyper care
- Develop and maintain solution design documents, configuration workbooks, and data mapping specifications
- Manage stakeholder communications across headquarters and retail locations, Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cutover planning, parallel run strategy, and go-live readiness assessments
- Promote continuous improvement throughout project delivery
- Mentor junior consultants on RELEX platform capabilities, Contribute to internal knowledge base, reusable accelerators, and practice collateral
- Support RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and POC scoping for RELEX-led pursuits, Effort estimation, , resource planning, and implementation methodology definition.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Expertise on environment preparation and RELEX Category Management installations & environment configuration
- Experience working in at least 3 major implementations of RELEX Category Management solutions
- Solid understanding of TQL
- Expertise in macro and micro space management process and assortment process
- Experience in leading solution and design workshops and in authoring Functional Design, Technical Design, Deployment Strategy
- Ability to lead & perform Proof of Concept (PoC) for customer specific requirements
- Expertise in performing RELEX Category Management solution configuration, application security setup, process flow
- Strong database skills in SQL Server and SQL scripting
- Ability to lead and co-ordinate work with global teams
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Ability to create user training materials and conduct user training
- RELEX Certified associate or practitioner
