Your responsibilities:
- Overall, lead the day-to-day management of the global TCS Racing partnership
- Manage global ticketing and sponsorship asset requests
- Support the different local marketing teams, with approvals for their activation activity
- Overseeing the global sponsorship SharePoint folder, ensuring it is kept up to date
- Project tracking and setting-up regular team meetings and minutes
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Budget & Finance Management
- Event Planning & Activation
- Metrics & Reporting
- High proficiency in M365 (PPT, Word, Excel etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills – understanding or experience working with multiple cultures in a bonus
- Strong presentation, organizational and project management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
