Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a CyberArk Architect (PaaS) within Human Resources to design and implement a modern Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution. The role focuses on designing secure, cloud-native PAM solutions and driving enterprise-scale security transformations.
As a CyberArk Architect (PaaS), you will design and architect a new Privileged Access Management solution using CyberArk Privilege Cloud. You will define target architecture, onboarding patterns, integration standards, and overall design strategy for the enterprise’s next-generation PAM platform.
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong previous experience in cybersecurity architecture, IAM, or privileged access programs.
- Solid work experience designing or architecting CyberArk solutions (Privilege Cloud, Self-Hosted, or Hybrid).
- Strong understanding of cloud identity models, cloud networking, and enterprise access controls.
- Expertise with CyberArk Privilege Cloud components (PVWA, CPM, PSM Cloud, Secure Connectors).
- Strong understanding of privileged access patterns across hybrid cloud and on-prem systems.
- Experience integrating CyberArk with Azure AD, cloud-native services, and automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of API design, SAML/OIDC/SCIM, cloud network security, and shared responsibility models.
- Ability to produce detailed architecture diagrams and standards documentation.
- Strong communication and architectural documentation skills.
- Ability to lead complex technical design discussions across multiple teams.
- Strategic and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Experience with automation frameworks for PAM onboarding.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices and CI/CD integration for PAM solutions.
- Knowledge of advanced threat detection and monitoring tools.
- CyberArk Sentry or Guardian Certification, CyberArk Defender, CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or cloud architecture certifications.
