The Role
As a Certified Pega LSA lead you will be responsible to design and delivery of modern customer service and case management solutions using Pega Constellation. Drive architecture, integrations, and digital experience initiatives while working in an onshore-offshore delivery model.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and deliver Pega Constellation solutions.
- Define solution architecture and integration strategies.
- Develop and integrate solutions using Pega DX APIs.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and best practices.
- Mentor development teams and conduct design reviews.
- Support Agile delivery, CI/CD, and release activities.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Strong experience in Pega Constellation architecture and UI configuration.
- Experience with Pega Customer Service Framework.
- Expertise in Pega UX and responsive application design.
- Hands‑on experience with Pega DX API integrations.
- Good knowledge of React.js and Node.js.
- Experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
Good to have:
- Pega Customer Service or Constellation‑related certifications.
- Experience in large‑scale CRM transformation programmes.
- Experience with Pega Cloud and DevOps practices.
- Public sector or regulated industry experience.
