Role: L2/L3 Application Support
Location: Broughton, UK
Your responsibilities:
- Provide L2 with technical support for industrial automation systems, HMIs, SCADA systems and robotics.
- Provide L2/L3 Technical support for MES applications.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing root cause analysis and recommendations for improvements.
- Create and maintain technical documents.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate communications between suppliers, OEM, and business stakeholders for their particular area.
- Track and report progress to stakeholders.
- Working experience in “ServiceNow” and knowledge on Incident, Problem, Change, SLM and Knowledge Management processes.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Expertise in industrial automation protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus and Profibus.
- Knowledge of MES/MOM and ISA 95.
- Experience with programming languages such as C3, .Net and Java.
- Working knowledge of Wonderware or similar SCADA applications.
