The ServiceNow Architect will play a lead role in the delivery of ServiceNow Implementation projects and driving strategic transformational changes of solution deployment. Responsibilities include:
- Understanding and following the Best Practices and Standards/Guidelines of ServiceNow.
- Evaluating business needs and aligning them with ServiceNow solutions.
- Gathering, documenting, and creating solution proposals throughout the ServiceNow Platform.
- Participating and providing feedback during planning meetings.
- Translating often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies.
- Working collaboratively with project team members.
Required qualifications:
- Technical proficiency in ServiceNow Platform.
- Strong knowledge & experience in using ServiceNow ITSM Integration and ITOM, ITAM, CSDM.
- Ability to design a ServiceNow architecture satisfactory with client’s requirements.
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
- ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification.
- Java developer certification.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology or trained in this area.
