The Role: As a Guidewire Policy Center Business Analyst you will work on the functional Workstream for leading Insurers leveraging JDP, APD and Guidewire PolicyCenter. In this role you will assist in change management strategy and Business Case preparation.

Your responsibilities:

  • Define target business requirements including high-level process flows, business rules, documents and user interface changes with focus on overall business flows, screens, and rules.
  • Understand customer’s business objectives and impacted areas that require transformation.
  • Understand and validate as-Is processes, KPIs and relevant metrics.
  • Define target state operating model, processes & key performance indicators.
  • Identify and agree areas of configuration in Guidewire OOTB.
  • Lead product definition workshops leveraging APD.

Your Profile:

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Strong experience in Guidewire.
  • Applicant must be ACE certified PC Business Analyst.
  • Must have strong experience in leading requirements stream in a PolicyCenter implementation.
  • Must have Strong APD Experience.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Strong customer facing skills and interact with customer business team to understand requirements.
  • Should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
