Work on large-scale procurement and supplier transformation programmes.
Collaborate with global stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and procurement.
Develop expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud and enterprise transformation delivery.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead business process discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions across procurement and supplier management functions.
- Analyse and document As-Is and To-Be processes across supplier onboarding, lifecycle management, sourcing, purchasing, and supplier collaboration.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle Fusion best practice solutions.
- Develop business blueprints, functional design documents, solution design documents, and process flows.
- Design supplier registration, onboarding, qualification, governance, and supplier portal processes.
- Define end-to-end S2P processes, including requisitioning, sourcing, purchasing, approvals, receiving, and supplier performance management.
- Establish procurement operating models, approval hierarchies, delegation frameworks, and compliance controls.
- Collaborate with architects and technical teams to define integrations, reports, workflows, and security requirements.
- Facilitate design reviews and obtain stakeholder sign-off on future-state solutions.
- Support solution validation activities, including conference room pilots and design walkthroughs.
Your Profile
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Oracle Procurement or S2P & O2O functional consulting.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud modules, including Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM), Supplier Qualification Management, Supplier Portal, Supplier Registration and Onboarding, Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing and Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Contracts.
- Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Onboard-to-Order (O2O) processes.
- Proven experience in business blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
- Strong knowledge of supplier governance, compliance, and procurement policies.
- Experience designing approval workflows, organisational hierarchies, and control frameworks.
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, including FSM, BPM workflows, security, OTBI, BI Publisher, and OIC.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and standardised Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience working in global or multi-country transformation programmes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in complex transformation environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
