The Role

As a Junior Consultant you will be supporting the delivery of consulting services focused on customer and business transformation, which contribute to business development activities and the continued growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in business development activities including research, preparation of presentations, and proposals.
  • Collaborate as part of cross‑functional delivery teams to address client needs, supporting colleagues at all levels.
  • Participate in the design, facilitation, and documentation of workshops.
  • Contribute to project tasks such as requirements gathering, data analysis, process mapping, synthesis, and solution design.
  • Support the maintenance of accessible and well‑structured project documentation and reporting.
  • Support the creation of reusable assets, collateral, and research for the Business Consulting practice.
  • Participate in internal and external knowledge‑sharing activities to foster an inclusive learning culture.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Experience supporting transformation programmes or technology‑enabled projects (e.g., CRM, eCommerce, digital).
  • Experience in roles such as project manager, product owner/manager, analyst, strategist, business designer, or customer‑success specialist.
  • Familiarity with - or willingness to learn - tools and techniques such as Customer Journey Mapping or Target Operating Models (training provided).
  • Basic understanding of business process mapping and requirements gathering.
  • Skills including problem solving, research, analysis, and solution design are all considered relevant and transferable.
  • Interest in service‑design methodologies, digital transformation, AI solutions, technology adoption, and change management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to grow presentation and facilitation capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with a positive, adaptable, and proactive mindset.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trusted working relationships in team environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, design, humanities, or a related field—or equivalent experience and learning gained through alternative pathways.
  • Experience in consulting, agencies, internships, apprenticeships, or volunteer roles that demonstrate relevant skills is welcomed.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Knowledge of digital, omni‑channel, or business analytics is a plus.
