Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of scalable, high‑quality engineering solutions across backend, cloud, and integration layers
- Act as a hands‑on technical leader while mentoring and guiding engineers within feature teams
- Own technical decision‑making, architecture alignment, and engineering best practices
- Ensure features are delivered end‑to‑end (design, build, test, deploy, operate)
- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams
- Establish and enforce coding standards, CI/CD practices, and quality gates
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies
- Support production stability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
Key Skills / Knowledge
- Strong hands‑on experience in backend engineering (Java / Spring Boot or equivalent stack)
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Strong experience with cloud‑native development (GCP / AWS / Azure)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong experience with Git and modern version control workflows
- Strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them into effective test cases
- Effective and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a multi‑vendor team
