As an Engagement/Program Director for the ESU consulting practice you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and management of complex and large transformation engagements at the company’s clients. You will be required to coordinate the work of the company’s and client’s team members for one or more projects and will be accountable for the successful delivery of all phases, releases, and project components for transformation projects. You will also be responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the project. To be successful in this role you should demonstrate end-of-the-end business process knowledge in SAP processes. Planning, execution and management of complex and large transformation engagements for the company’s clients. Oversee various transformational projects, implementing business process improvements, and implementing ERP systems for the company’s clients. Coordinate project timeline with your teams to ensure checkpoints and goals are met to the client’s satisfaction. Collaborate with the project manager(s) in the management of overall resource allocation and capacity planning for the project(s). Manage program level status, metrics, issues and risks and oversee overall completion and sign-off on program deliverables. Leverage your broad business and technical expertise to address technology architecture, blueprinting, data analysis, business modeling, technical design, application development, integration, and enablement. Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and client leadership teams assigned to the projects. Be accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for transformation projects. Be responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the project. Develop detailed program plans to monitor risk and issues, and present status to internal and external stakeholders. Experience leading large global business transformation program delivery. Proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs and objectives. Ability to guide business counterparts towards the right SAP solution and translate business requirements into technical requirements. Expert understanding of business values of transformation programs and objectives. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships Solid working experience as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse). Ability to leverage and build assets/accelerators and thought leadership Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Ability to lead steering committee meetings, team meetings, business meetings, and the project management team. Expert understanding of program financials and processes. Willingness to travel when required.
