Our TCS Interactive London Studio, based in Old Street, is a collective of 40+ designers across UX, UI, Motion and Product. Our studio brings together a wide range of skills and perspectives, united by a shared belief in thoughtful, user-centred design. TCS Interactive is a leader in the digital customer experience space. We’re looking for a talented Digital Designer who is highly visual and comfortable working across UI, brand design, and digital products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thinks conceptually, and can bring ideas to life across multiple digital touch-points. You’ll collaborate closely with product and motion teams to create thoughtful, engaging, and well-crafted digital experiences.
What you’ll do:
- Design intuitive and visually engaging UX/UI experiences for web and digital products
- Create and evolve brand-aligned visual assets across digital channels
- Translate concepts and ideas into clear, compelling design solutions
- Contribute to design systems, UI libraries, and brand guidelines
What we’re looking for:
- Strong visual design skills with a great eye for layout, typography, colour, and detail
- Experience working across UX/UI and brand design in a digital context
- Understanding of user-centered design principles
- Basic motion design skills (After Effects, Lottie, or similar)
- Ability to think both creatively and strategically
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with design systems
- Familiarity with prototyping tools
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
- Experience working closely with developers
