As a Salesforce Architect you will lead the migration from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. In this role you will work to define and execute data migration strategy, ensuring accuracy and integrity. You will also utilize ETL tools like Informatica and Apex Data Loader (and any other in-house customer tools). Implement data validation, deduplication, and enrichment processes. Ensure performance optimization for bulk data processing. Ensure compliance with GDPR, and Salesforce security best practices. Configure and optimize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams. Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence. Excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals. A pro-active personality, with a can-do attitude, Excellent relationship-building skills, Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends. Ability to work in fixed time bound projects.
