As a C2M Expert – Functional and Technical, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, extending, and supporting the Oracle Utilities Customer‑to‑Meter (C2M) platform. The role supports utility business processes across customers, service agreements, service points, meters, usage, and billing determinants. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions, provide expert support, and contribute to solution design across utility transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to end‑to‑end solution design and delivery.
- Design, configure, and support Oracle Utilities C2M functional and technical components.
- Support and enhance customer service, billing, metering, and usage processes.
- Configure and maintain business objects, maintenance objects, UI maps, scripts, zones, and portals.
- Support batch processing, algorithms, and plug‑in points.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- Provide functional and technical support across implementation phases.
- Produce and maintain relevant documentation.
