The Role:

As AI wave is sweeping across IT services industry, every customer and domain are embarking upon AI adoption in a significant manner. This will be an opportunity to be part of a core group of AI Engineers working on developing AI led solutions for improved productivity and efficiencies across the landscape.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models, including neural networks.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) for tasks such as text generation, summarization, and semantic analysis.
• Contribute to Generative AI (GenAI) applications and experimentation.
• Implement and integrate RESTful APIs for deploying AI models into production environments.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to improve model performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support model monitoring, debugging, and optimization in real-world applications.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI/ML trends and tools, contributing innovative ideas to the team.

Your Profile:

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Foundational understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow (or PyTorch equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
• Understanding of Neural Networks and deep learning fundamentals.
• Exposure to Generative AI concepts and LLMs (e.g., prompt engineering, embeddings).
• Knowledge of working with APIs and data exchange formats (e.g., JSON, REST).
• Preferable but not mandatory: Hands-on experience with working in HTML/CSS/JS.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Academic or project experience involving ML models, NLP, or AI systems.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
• Understanding of software engineering principles and development lifecycle.
• Internship, coursework, or personal projects demonstrating AI/ML application.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
