The Role

The Solution Architect/Consultant will lead the architecture and strategic deployment of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions including AEP, AJO, CJA, and Adobe Target. This role requires both deep technical expertise and strong client-facing consulting skills.

Your responsibilities:

• Design end‑to‑end architecture across AEP, AJO, CJA, Adobe Target.
• Define customer journeys, data schemas, segmentation logic, and personalization strategies.
• Guide API integrations, data ingestion pipelines, and real-time activation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders on strategy, discovery, and roadmap planning.
• Ensure governance, quality, scalability, and performance of implemented solutions.
• Support development teams through design reviews, documentation, and best practices.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Deep expertise in AEP, AJO, CJA, Adobe Target.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data engineering principles.
• Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs.
• Proven experience in customer journey orchestration and personalization use cases.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

• Airline/CRM experience.
