Responsibilities:
- Deliver enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions within a highly regulated environment.
- Work with cutting-edge Salesforce technologies, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI-driven capabilities.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to drive digital transformation and innovation.
- Design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions that meet complex business and technical requirements.
- Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Drive best practices in development, integration, automation, and platform governance.
- Develop scalable applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce platform technologies.
- Implement and support Salesforce customisations, workflows, approvals, security controls, and automation processes.
- Build and support Agentforce and Agentic AI solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Write high-quality unit tests and maintain strong code coverage standards.
- Support CI/CD processes, Salesforce DX implementation, and deployment activities.
- Lead technical aspects of Salesforce programmes, including data migration, integrations, custom development, and third-party applications.
Requirements:
- Strong experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Design System.
- Experience designing and implementing Agentforce and Agentic AI solutions.
- Strong Salesforce administration, configuration, implementation, and development experience.
- Experience delivering large-scale Experience Cloud implementations.
- Expertise in Salesforce customisation, security models, workflow approvals, validation rules, and data management.
- Strong Apex development experience, including classes, controllers, triggers, Visualforce pages, and web services.
- Experience developing and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce SOQL, SOSL, dynamic queries, and performance optimisation.
- Experience writing unit tests and implementing best practices for code quality and coverage.
- Experience with Connected Apps, Salesforce DX, CI/CD processes, and deployment tooling.
- Understanding of relational databases, data modelling, and enterprise application development.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging Salesforce applications and integrations.
