As a Senior Business Analyst, you will provide business analysis, data analysis and project delivery support across strategic transformation initiative. You will work across business and technology teams to define requirements, assess impacts, map processes and support delivery through testing, implementation and change. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex data, finance and regulatory transformation initiatives within the financial services sector. Define, document and manage business and technical requirements. Conduct business impact analysis and process assessments. Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders. Support testing, implementation and change activities. Produce project documentation, governance materials and executive-level summaries. Contribute to broader data, finance, regulatory and transformation initiatives as required. Experience in Business Analysis experience within Financial Services. Strong Business Functional Analysis experience. Expertise in data analysis and requirements management. Experience supporting project and change delivery. Exposure to Regulatory Reporting. Understanding of Risk, Finance, Treasury or Accounting functions. Experience supporting complex data transformation initiatives.
