The Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing, leading, and closing opportunities in Energy, oil, gas and construction clients to build influential relationships, new logos and existing large accounts where there is a significant headroom for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in Energy, oil, gas and construction industry.
- Develop sales strategy and drive engagements with key stakeholders.
- Build CxO‑level relationships with clients, partners, and advisors in the market.
- Develop value‑based sales propositions, understand competition, and support clients in defining, developing, and delivering their strategy through all stages of implementation, including developing business cases and roadmaps for transformation.
- Identify and develop transformation‑led long‑term deals with significant sets of core services TCS has to offer.
Your Profile:
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
- Proven detailed knowledge of Energy, Oil and Gas, construction sector including at least one key account.
- Ability to take on and deliver agreed sales targets.
- Knowledge of selling Digital Services, IT Services and BPO.
- Proven ability to engage at C‑Level and develop tailored sales plans at an account level.
