The role requires the ability to translate business requirements into clear and structured system requirements for the Solutioning team, supported by the creation of prototypes and wireframes to facilitate effective discussions with business stakeholders. The individual should demonstrate strong communication and articulation skills, work confidently within Agile delivery models using the Scrum framework, and manage project requirements efficiently using tools such as Azure DevOps Boards, Confluence, and Jira.

  • Should be able to translate business requirements into system requirements that can be understood by the Solutioning Team.
  • Should be able to create prototypes/wireframes to facilitate requirement discussions with business.
  • Should be able to facilitate defect triage calls with the testing and development teams to steer them in the right direction.
  • Should be able to convert business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Expert in Agile ways of working using the Scrum Framework.
  • Good at managing project requirements using Azure DevOps Board, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Ability to elicit, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear system requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for solution and development teams.
  • Practical experience working in Agile environments using the Scrum framework, including participation in backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Hands-on experience managing requirements and delivery artefacts using Azure DevOps Boards, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Ability to create basic wireframes, prototypes, and process flows to support requirement clarification and discussions with business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and exposure to digital solutions, APIs, and integration concepts.

High level knowledge of Azure DevOps is desirable.
