The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will be act as a liaison between the business and its technology department. In this role you will breakdown business requirements into system functional requirements and facilitate workshops with stakeholders from across the Supply Chain business.

•Build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

•Work closely with the range of teams within the business to bring products to life.

Key responsibilities:

•Business Situation Analysis – Investigate business situations involving complexity and ambiguity, conduct AS-IS, To-BE and Gap Analysis. Conduct root cause analysis and identify recommendations for improvements.

•Feasibility Assessment – Undertake short-listing of solution options and feasibility / impact assessment.

•Requirements Definition & Management – Conduct project discovery and define and manage scoping, requirements definition and prioritization activities for initiatives of various sizes and complexities, facilitate input from stakeholders, provide constructive challenge and enable effective prioritization of requirements, establish requirements baselines or backlogs, obtain appropriate agreement to requirements and ensures traceability to source in collaboration with Product Owner.

•Business Modelling – Develop models for complex and ambiguous business scenarios, Select appropriate techniques and approaches to ensure models capture the necessary business elements. Independently plan modelling activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and architecture, Prepare Use Case based on the business process model and functional requirements to handover for development.

•User Acceptance Testing – Develop acceptance criteria related to functional and non-functional requirements, business processes, features, user stories and business rules and support UAT.

•Stakeholder Relationship Management – Deal with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information, Implement stakeholder engagement/communications plans. Collect and use feedback from stakeholders to help measure the effectiveness of stakeholder management, facilitate workshops with higher Business Stakeholders to conduct demos and obtain business sign-off ahead of development.

•Conduct, Risk and Compliance – Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
