The Role: As a Senior QA Manager, you will lead the testing strategy and core quality assurance capability for a large-scale cloud data transformation programme. You will oversee test frameworks, automation and AI-enabled testing approaches, while ensuring robust quality controls across areas such as data integrity, detokenization and platform security.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution across a large-scale cloud data programme.
• Apply expertise in automated and AI-driven testing techniques, particularly within data platforms (GCP experience is beneficial).
• Develop, maintain, and monitor test plans, tooling, and quality processes.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing clear reporting and risk insights.

Your Profile Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Proven experience as a Testing Manager / Senior QA Lead in complex technology programmes.
• Strong understanding of automated testing methodologies and AI-assisted testing approaches.
• Experience working in data-focused testing environments (preferably cloud-based).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and leadership abilities across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing test planning, design, execution, and tooling.
• Experience delivering QA within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
