The Role: As an Asset Management professional, you will manage the full lifecycle of end‑user devices — from procurement and deployment through to maintenance, tracking, retirement and compliant disposal. You will ensure accurate asset records, support end‑users, collaborate with IT teams, and uphold strong operational, compliance and service standards across the estate.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date inventory of end‑user devices.Track device lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.Use ITSM tools (ServiceNow) to query, manage, and generate reports.
- Coordinate with vendors to procure required devices.Manage the deployment and configuration of devices.Work closely with IT support teams to ensure devices are ready for use.Ensure devices receive required updates, patches, and security fixes.
- Coordinate repairs, replacements and service requests.
- Partner with support teams to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage end‑of‑life device processes and compliant disposal.
- Work with recycling partners to ensure environmentally responsible handling.
- Maintain accurate disposal records and compliance documentation.
Your Profile: Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow (ITSM).Experience in Deskside Support / TechBar support.
- Ability to handle requests relating to IT peripherals and device needs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑interaction skills.A proactive, service‑obsessed mindset and dedication to user experience.

Approaches challenges with a proactive, “can-do” mindset.Show adaptability and openness to feedback for continuous improvement.Demonstrates a strong willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge.
