As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for owning large-scale IT initiatives within financial services (banking, capital markets, insurance, or fintech) while delivering large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives within complex, regulated environments.
- Prepare concise, high impact executive-level presentations for senior management, steering committees, and regulators, clearly articulating risks, financial impact, as-is to to-be state, to the point analysis results and ROI.
- Translate complex technical and regulatory requirements or data results into clear business narratives into presentations for audiences.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across IT, risk, compliance, operations, and finance teams.
- Should have interacted with and presented data to CXO level.
- Should be able to make data-driven storylines.
- Create clear agenda and storyline (Problem → Analysis → Solution → Impact).
