As an Executive Assistant, you will be expected to provide administrative, organizational, and operational support to the subunit head and Global Client Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning. You should manage diary schedules, communications, travel, meetings, documentation, and priorities with professionalism and strict confidentiality. This role requires proactive planning and the ability to handle sensitive information and shifting demands.

- Comfortable building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both within and out with the organization.
- Confident user of Office 365 programs and quick learner of new systems.
- Comfortable working autonomously and proactively within the remit of the role, as well as part of a team, both remotely and in person with minimal supervision.
- Experienced in managing complex travel plans and itineraries.
- Competent in financial administration, including invoice and expense processing.
- Proficient in data collation, analysis, and reporting.
- Effective in overseeing office operations and maintaining smooth day-to-day workflows.
Previous work experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant for senior management.
