The Role:
- Design, build, and deliver enterprise‑grade Agentic AI solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
- Take a hands‑on role in developing scalable, secure, and governed AI systems, while providing technical leadership and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and best practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions aligned to business workflows and enterprise use cases.
- Developing AI agents and copilots using Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
- Implementing agentic patterns such as retrieval augmented generation, tool usage, orchestration, and context management.
- Integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform components.
- Ensuring security, governance, and compliance across AI solution lifecycles.
- Building and exposing APIs and reusable components for agent execution and integration.
- Monitoring, optimising, and improving AI system performance, accuracy, and reliability.
- Supporting CI/CD practices and managing deployments across environments.
- Providing technical leadership, mentoring teams, and establishing best practices for AI development.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and platform teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
Your Profile:
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Strong hands‑on experience in AI, generative AI, and LLM‑based solution development.
- Expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI.
- Experience implementing Agentic AI architectures and frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Experience working with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI APIs.
- Strong understanding of retrieval augmented generation and agent orchestration patterns.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Knowledge of enterprise security, identity management, and architecture principles, including Entra ID.
- Experience with cloud‑native development and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Experience with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate Desktop and AI Builder.
- Exposure to regulated industries such as financial services or insurance.
- Experience with responsible AI governance frameworks and compliance processes.
- Exposure to multi‑agent systems or advanced orchestration patterns.
- Relevant certifications in Azure AI, cloud platforms, or data and AI technologies.
