Ensuring smooth governance in bringing together technology, data, AI, cyber and fraud initiatives so teams can focus on execution. The Role: Support the Portfolio Manager and PMO in running a structured, high-quality portfolio across technology, data, AI , cyber security and fraud initiatives in Loyalty within IAG account. The role focuses on maintaining portfolio data, supporting governance cadence, producing consistent reporting using AI tools that enables efficient decision-making, allowing senior stakeholders to focus on priorities and outcomes rather than process. Your responsibilities: 1. AI-enabled PMO support Use AI tools to: Draft portfolio updates and summaries from Jira data Support creation of slides and reports Identify duplication or overlaps across initiatives Well versed in Prompts across AI tools Copilot, ChatGPT, etc to improve overall PMO effectiveness Apply judgement and review outputs for accuracy and tone 2. Portfolio data management (Jira and core artefacts) Maintain accurate and up-to-date portfolio data in Jira Monitor data quality and follow up with initiative owners where needed Support the front door intake process and track ideas through shaping 3. Governance and meeting support Coordinate and support monthly OpCo portfolio reviews and Portfolio Management Mision meetings Prepare standardised packs using agreed templates Track decisions, actions, and outcomes from meetings Ensure materials are complete, consistent, and decision-ready 4. Reporting and portfolio views Produce and maintain: One-page enterprise portfolio view OpCo portfolio summaries Monthly portfolio updates Pipeline demand Portfolio metrics Highlight inconsistencies, risks, or gaps in reporting Support creation of clear, concise, executive-ready content 5. Initiative shaping support Track initiatives through the shaping process Ensure shaping inputs are complete before review Maintain visibility of shaping pipeline and status 6. Communication and coordination Draft and distribute: Monthly portfolio updates Decision communications to delivery teams Ensure consistent messaging across OpCos and delivery teams Maintain central repositories (SharePoint, Teams, etc.) 7. Continuous improvement Identify opportunities to: Streamline reporting and processes Improve data quality and consistency Reduce manual effort in PMO activities Contribute to evolving PMO standards and templates Your Profile Essential skills/knowledge/experience: Experience in a PMO, project support, or portfolio coordination role Strong hands-on AI Engineer using AI tools for preparing Project management reports we are the proud sponsor of the London Marathon.
