The Role:

As an AEM Architect – Adobe Experience management, you will have extensive experience in consulting or technology organizations and in-depth understanding of typical use cases of Digital Platform implementations (CMS, Forms, Campaign, Target, Analytics, Launch, AEP, etc) of the Adobe Marketing Suite to join the TCS Adobe Practice Team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Define KPIs for new projects and enhancements and utilize best practices to design and architect best fit solution.
  • Construct a technical architecture of multiple solutions fitting client’s industry standards, use cases, strategy and technical needs.
  • Work with Technical Leads to design a solution that optimally utilizes Adobe tools and supports clients’ use cases, strategy and industry standards.
  • Break down Customer strategies into phased roadmaps according to Customer priorities, industry best practices and technology prerequisites and dependencies.
  • Use the latest best practice learning from the industry to help Customers ensure that marketing campaigns and solutions are fully integrated and fine-tuned via data driven insights.
  • Understand business KPIs, translate and map them to functional and technical use cases and solutions to help customers meet their objectives.
  • Provide Architectural guidance and coding best practices including advice and mentor dev groups.
  • Work independently, receiving minimal guidance and being accountable for work of self and sometimes others.
  • Provide process and standards advice in area of specialty.
  • Interprets business challenges, identifies trends, and recommends solution alternatives.

Your Profile:

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Ability to conduct business and technical workshops with C-level stakeholders.
  • Expertise in HTML, HTML5, Java Script, XML, Java, WCM, services-based architecture, REST, Web analytics, and tent targeting.
  • Knowledge of CMS concepts and implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices on topics such as personalization, cross channel marketing, mobile, and data driven optimization of experiences.
  • Functional knowledge of client-side development in JavaScript or native mobile apps, and front-end debugging.
  • Agile experience and familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
  • History of successful technical consulting or architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises.
  • Understanding of AEM, Adobe Target, AEP, Campaign and other Adobe Technologies.
  • Knowledge of DTM/Launch/Tealium/Ensighten and marketing pixels.
  • Balance of business and technology acumen, including ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and to tie these solutions to program success criteria.
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including ability to create clear observations, analysis and conclusions based on customer interviews and data.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills with experience presenting to and achieving buy-in from senior executives (managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs).
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple sales opportunities at the same time.
  • Skilled in collaborating effectively with business stakeholders as well as Architecture team.
  • Knowledge of tailoring communication to the target audience to achieve desired results.
  • Experience with Content management and marketing technology tools including AEM Sites.
  • Hands-on experience on AEM Sites/AEM Forms/AEM DAM.
