• Giving you the platform to collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams while supporting payroll cycles, year-end activities, system enhancements, and integrations across the SAP HCM landscape.

The Role:

As an SAP UK Payroll and HCM Consultnat, you will be Supporting and Troubleshooting Payroll Issues and eet up new wage types for different types of payments and deduction during payroll processing

Your responsibilities:

• Support and Troubleshoot Payroll Issues
• Setting up new wage types for different types of payments and deduction during payroll processing
• Configuration of Payroll PCR’s
• Ensure Compliance with Legal and Statutory Requirements
• Collaborate With Cross Functional Teams
• Support Business Run as usual during monthly payroll and End of year activities.
• Understanding business requirements
• SAP HCM configuration
• Compliance & Statutory Requirements
• Integration Support with other Third Party/downstream systems,
• Manage the time and priority for resolution of incidents and changes.
• Analysis of SAP KBA’s for yearly Country Specific Legal changes along with HRSP upgrade

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Understanding of Payroll Schema and PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules)
• Wage type configuration
• Configuration of payroll area, periods, control record
• Configuration of Processing classes, evaluation classes, and cumulation classes
• Configuration of Integration with Finance (FI/CO) components
• Pre-payroll validation and post-payroll checks
• Year End Activities, HMRC submissions, RTI processes (UK)
• Configuration Standard and custom reports (Adhoc Query)
• Working in Agile methodology
• SAP UK Payroll knowledge and hands‑on experience
• SAP HCM knowledge and experience
• Exposure to Agile way of working such as familiar with Tools like Jira etc.
• Daily job monitoring, troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Knowledge of SAP HCM payroll (UK Country Specific)
• Knowledge in Payroll schemas and PCRs
• Knowledge in Wage type configuration and valuation methods
• Knowledge in PA, OM and Payroll modules
• Knowledge in executing different types of Functional Testing in Payroll module (UT, SIT and UAT)
• Prior experience to work in a multi‑vendor environment
