Senior Business Analyst

The Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working as part of an existing team delivering services and functionalities for various applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deal with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information.
2. Collect and use feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness of stakeholder management.
3. Help develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships.
4. Contribute to the selection of the requirements approach for projects, selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches.
5. Define and manage scoping, requirements definition and prioritization activities for initiatives of medium size and complexity.
6. Prioritize and groom backlog to achieve business and customer needs.
7. Ensure team backlog and sequencing are coordinated with overall Customer Needs and Domain strategy.

Your Profile

Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

1. Professional experience as a Business Analyst.
2. Requires and applies a broad knowledge of business, product performance and industry principles, practices, and procedures.
3. Working knowledge for SAFe Agile and Scrum.
4. High-level understanding of engineering architecture with experience working with engineering teams to deliver products.
5. Work experience in design, development and implementation of product plans.
6. Working experience in full product lifecycle methodologies.
