Your Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise to understand and analyse the customers Field Service Management requirements.
  • Create functional specifications, user stories and user documentation.
  • Help design solutions and advise suitable ways to best leverage the FSL platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements and company goals.
  • Analyze functional challenges; develop recommendations and solutions for those problems, help implement those solutions, and assess the business impacts and results.
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle from feasibility and requirement analysis to design, development, demo, testing and deployment.
  • Conduct meetings with business teams to solicit the business requirements.
  • Possess an overall understanding of the project solution from a functional aspect.
  • Provide functional oversight & guidance in the implementation of a project solution.
