Activate an established Target Market List (TML), working with sales and marketing stakeholders to continually sharpen account prioritisation.

Create clear pathways from initial engagement to sales conversation, opportunity creation and pipeline.

Turn target accounts into actionable marketing programmesTranslate the TML and agreed commercial priorities into actionable account and cluster-based marketing programmes.

Identify common industry, technology and business challenges across groups of accounts that can be addressed through scalable propositions and programmes.

Work closely with sales and business development teams to translate marketing engagement into customer conversations and opportunities.

Identify points within active opportunities where targeted marketing interventions can help build engagement or accelerate progression.

Maintain strong discipline around marketing-to-sales follow-through.

Measure effectiveness through account engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline influence and progression, rather than marketing activity alone.

Partner closely with salesOperate as a strong commercial marketing partner to UK&I sales and account teams. Participate actively in territory, account and pipeline discussions.

Translate agreed commercial priorities into focused marketing activation.

Bring customer, market and competitive insights into account planning.

Equip sellers with relevant insights, messaging, content and engagement programmes.

Establish rigorous pre-event account activation and post-event sales follow-through.

Orchestrate across marketingWork with the Regional Marketing Leader and specialist teams across digital, content, campaigns, product marketing, communications, events and partner marketing.

Bring the right capabilities together around priority audiences, accounts and opportunities.

Be able to provide tangible examples of applying AI beyond basic content generation.

Have used AI to improve areas such as research, customer insight, account targeting, personalisation, ABM, campaign development, analytics or productivity.

Be naturally curious and willing to experiment with emerging AI capabilities.

Understand where human judgement remains essential and apply AI thoughtfully in a B2B enterprise environment. Be able to explain the tangible impact AI has had on the quality, speed, productivity or effectiveness of your work.

What you bringCommercial mindset You think about accounts, customers, opportunities, pipeline and growth, not simply marketing activities.

Hunter mindset You enjoy the challenge of opening doors, building engagement and creating demand in enterprise accounts where relationships may not yet exist.

Customer orientation You start with the issues confronting customers and industries and translate them into compelling engagement. AI curiosity You continuously explore how AI can make marketing smarter, faster, more personalised and more effective.

Data orientation You use evidence and signals to determine where to focus and are comfortable changing course when the evidence demands it. Collaboration You can work effectively across sales, marketing specialists, partners and other stakeholders in a matrix environment. Execution focus You are equally comfortable discussing accounts and pipeline with sales as you are turning those priorities into programmes and delivering them.

Continuous improvement You recognise that established target markets and programmes are starting points, not fixed answers, and continually look for ways to make them more effective.

What success looks likeIn this role, success means: Increasing meaningful engagement across priority new-logo accounts.

Converting marketing engagement into customer conversations, opportunities and pipeline.

Continually improving the precision and effectiveness of the established TML through data, market signals and feedback.

Helping sales create and maintain momentum in strategically important opportunities.

Establishing field marketing as a strong commercial partner to sales.

Embedding AI into the day-to-day execution of field marketing to materially improve speed, insight, personalisation and productivity.
