The role requires solid knowledge on UK Payroll, managing a good customer relationship and being agile working with the distributed team across locations.
Your responsibilities:
- Vendor Management of on shore Client and Service Provider
- Clear understanding of KPI/SLA requirements
- SME or go to person for UK Payroll queries
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed and Zero noncompliance across the engagement
- Ensure the Service Levels are met consistently
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures
- Mentor and guide distributed team
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- End-to-end knowledge of UK Payroll (SME)
- Full knowledge of UK Year Start/End activities as well as managing UAT/UVT event
- Ability to guide and mentor Offshore Team
- Analytical mindset
- Proven Process Improvement Champion
- Ability to resolve complex and challenges queries
- Sound knowledge of statutory compliances of UK payroll
- Experience in working with a distributed located team or offshore team
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Knowledge and experience in working with O365
- iTrent experience preferable
