The Accounts Payable Manager, a newly created role, will be responsible for overseeing the procure to pay operations and will lead the accounts payable team for our restaurant business. The role ensures efficient and accurate invoice processing, timely payments and compliance with regulations and group policies. This role requires a practical understanding of multi-site hospitality business and will collaborate with key business stakeholders, build strong supplier relationships and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.

We are currently embarking on a transformative capital investment programme across our estate of 29 restaurants. What will you be doing?
- Lead and develop the AP team, ensuring high performance and service standards
- Oversee invoice processing, approvals, and payment runs
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve queries efficiently
- Ensure compliance with UK VAT regulations and internal controls
- Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
- Support reporting
