Trainee Field Service Engineer – Learn Plumbing, Electrics & Vending Systems

We are looking for Trainee Field Service Engineers to join our growing team and become experts in repairing, maintaining, and servicing vending machines. What You’ll Do
- Learn how to diagnose and repair vending machine faults with support from experienced engineers
- Work proactively to prevent issues before they affect customers
- Train in our engineers’ workshop, repairing and refurbishing machine components
- Deliver stock to customers and assist with installations and servicing
- Use Microsoft Office applications to complete reports and communicate with the team
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone and by email
- Once trained, take responsibility for fulfilling service calls independently
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, switched-on attitude and a hunger to learn
- Technical aptitude and a logical approach to problem-solving
- Good communication skills – you can explain issues clearly and professionally
- Ability to work at pace and achieve goals
- Full, clean manual UK driving licence with at least 4 years’ driving experience
- Willingness to lift and carry equipment safely
