My client is an international company specialized in the security of digital assets and Web3. With an international team of more than fifty nationalities, they are spread across Europe, the US, and Asia. As part of structuring transformations, the context is currently demanding and stimulating, at the crossroads of HR, financial, and strategic challenges.
Position to be filled
Following a strategic replacement within the Total Rewards team, we are looking for the next Total Rewards Group Manager M/F.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director – Total Rewards, you will play a key role within the department and are responsible for leading and implementing global, competitive, and ethical compensation policies. As a recognized individual contributor, you are also a cross-functional partner of the HR teams (TA, HRBP, People Ops), Finance, Legal, and business.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Lead global compensation strategy, including salary structures, bonus plans, and equity schemes (BSPCE), ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and alignment with business goals.
- Drive annual compensation cycles (salary reviews, performance, bonuses) and model complex scenarios to support decision-making.
- Oversee benefits and social protection programs (healthcare, retirement, perks), harmonizing local and global policies.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including invention bonuses and the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Act as the go-to expert for HR, Finance, and managers, simplifying C&B topics and providing training and clear guidance.
- Conduct benchmarks and audits, proposing continuous improvements to processes, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Workday, simulators).
Your profile
You have at least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, ideally within an international and technology-driven environment.
Rigorous and structured, you rely on excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel expertise to model complex scenarios and support decision-making.
With strong business sense, you are comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders (Finance, HR, Legal) and able to explain technical topics clearly.
You have in-depth knowledge of variable pay and equity plans (BSPCE, RSU), French legal obligations (including invention bonuses), and European regulatory requirements, particularly around pay transparency.
Agile and autonomous, you move easily in transforming environments. You are recognized for your organizational skills and integrity.
Fluent English is essential due to the international scope of the role (daily interactions and deliverables in English).
