An Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager is required in Cumbria for this luxury 4 Star hotel which offers an award-winning restaurant. They are currently looking for an Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager to take the helm of this fantastic restaurant to ensure it is running to the standard expected in this high-level establishment.
The Restaurant serves up to 80 covers per service and the menu is put together using clean flavours to produce an elegant A La Carte menu using the finest ingredients sourced locally to ensure the fullest flavours. The hotel also offers private dining and caters for weddings and special events.
As Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager you will:
- Report directly to the Restaurant and Bar Manager
- Have a friendly yet professional persona
- Have experience of working with an establishment of a similar standard
- Be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through your team
- Have a passion for food and drink, have lots of flair and be able to deal with day to day issues regarding front of house and back of house operations
- Have a passion to help drive the business forward from the forefront
