Inside, you'll find inviting interiors filled with soft furnishings, open fires and relaxed spaces, all centred around an award-winning restaurant that champions comfort, quality and seasonal British cooking. The restaurant delivers up to 70 covers per service and offers a modern British menu built around exceptional local produce. Dishes evolve with the seasons, allowing the kitchen to showcase the very best ingredients at their peak, while the front-of-house team focuses on warm, personable service that makes every guest feel at home.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager and run service in their absence
  • Be a visible, hands-on presence during service
  • Lead by example, maintaining high standards across the floor
