The restaurant delivers up to 70 covers per service and offers a modern British menu built around exceptional local produce. As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will:
- Support the Restaurant Manager and run service in their absence
- Be a visible, hands-on presence during service
- Lead by example, maintaining high standards across the floor
