We are recruiting a Sous Chef to join the talented kitchen team at a highly regarded hotel and restaurant in Suffolk, offering an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef to progress within a quality-led operation. As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef in leading the brigade and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. This role would suit either an experienced Sous Chef seeking a new challenge within a supportive and professional environment.

As Sous Chef you will:
