As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your section while working closely with the senior kitchen team to deliver food of an exceptional standard.
As Chef de Partie you will:
Run your own section efficiently and to consistently high standards
Prepare and cook dishes with precision and excellent attention to detail
Ensure mise en place is completed to the required standard
Maintain consistency in quality, presentation, and execution
Work closely with the wider brigade throughout service
Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
Support and develop junior members of the team where required
Continue to develop your skills within a Michelin Star environment
The ideal candidate will have experience within a high-quality restaurant and possess a genuine passion for food and cooking.
You will be organised, motivated, and able to work calmly and efficiently within a busy kitchen. A strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine desire to learn and progress are essential.
