A Waiter / Waitress is required for this beautiful country house hotel with a 2AA Rosettes award winning restaurant. The luxury hotel is nestled within acres of lush grounds and offers some of the finest customer service in the country, winning numerous awards.
The hotel is looking for a Waiter / Waitress who has a highly professional manner and strong man management skills to ensure this restaurant is run to the expected standard. The Restaurant serves 60 covers per service and the menu is put together using clean flavours to produce an elegant a la carte menu and a gastronomic taster menu which provides a journey through the flavours. The finest ingredients are used to ensure the fullest flavours and local produce is used whenever possible. The wine list has over 200 bins and is put together to tempt any palate. The restaurant has an air of intimacy for diners to enjoy the most sublime of atmospheres and offers a flawless service.
