As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your own section while working alongside a skilled brigade committed to producing exceptional food and maintaining high standards throughout every service.
This role would suit a passionate chef looking to continue developing their skills within a supportive and professional kitchen environment.
As Chef de Partie you will:
Run your own section during preparation and service
Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients throughout the year
Maintain excellent food hygiene and organisational standards
Support junior members of the brigade where required
Assist senior chefs with menu preparation and service
Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail throughout every service
The ideal candidate will have experience within a fresh food kitchen and possess a genuine passion for cooking, ingredients, and hospitality.
