As Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping lead the brigade during service while ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes. This role would suit either an existing Junior Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie looking to take the next step within a quality-driven kitchen.

Duties:

  • Support senior chefs in all aspects of kitchen operations
  • Lead sections during busy service periods
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation
  • Train and support junior members of the brigade
