We are recruiting a Senior Sous Chef to join a beautiful award-winning country pub in the heart of the Dorset countryside, offering an excellent opportunity within a highly regarded fresh food kitchen.

Duties:

  • Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen

  • Assist with menu development and daily specials

  • Ensure excellent hygiene, organisation, and kitchen discipline
