We are recruiting a Chef de Partie to join a beautiful award-winning country pub in the heart of the Dorset countryside, offering a fantastic opportunity within a quality-driven fresh food kitchen.

As Chef de Partie, you will run your own section within a busy and professional kitchen, working closely with the senior chefs to maintain the high standards the property is known for. Duties:

  • Run your own section during prep and service
